Cancellations
- In the event of a cancellation for an Airport pickup, we require 2 hours notice.
- In the event of a cancellation for a Central London pickup, we require 1 hours notice.
- In the event of a cancellation for a City & Canary Wharf pickup, we require 30 minutes notice.
- If sufficient time is not given in the event of a cancellation by the client, the company reserve the right to charge for the entire journey.
Pricing Guidelines
- Rates quoted are exclusive of gratuity, VAT, car parking, telephone charges and STC*, and are subject to change without notice.
- A point- to- point journey is defined as one in which a passenger is carried directly from a pick up to a destination, the pick up or drop off must be in the London Postal Area or major London Airport. Any other journey will be ‘As Directed’ and charged accordingly.
- Any waiting time will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
- As directed charges start and finish at the originating Capital One Chauffeur Services Limited location. Point- to- point journeys are charged based on the driven mileage whilst the passenger is on board.
- Rates quoted are exclusive of £7.75 parking fee from Airports.
- Transfer rates are for direct journeys, point-to-point to or from London Postal Codes or Airports; waiting time not included and will be charged at the standard hourly rate. We allow 60 minutes free waiting at Airports and 15 minutes free waiting time at all other pickups.
- Optional gratuities are charged at 10% or other amount agreed with customer.
- Bank holiday surcharges 25%. Except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve after 18.00 and New Years Day when a 100% surcharge will apply.
- Evening hire rates are charged on hires commencing between 18.30 and 20.00 from London Postal Areas to Restaurants/Theatres in Central London and The City.
- Above rates are applicable from January 1st 2008.
- STC (Surface Transportation Charge) will be charged to all car hire rentals. STC is a surcharge based upon various overhead expenses and is ordinarily calculated as a flat percentage of your base rate charge, and may vary subject to level of usage.
